Before scientists found the cure, people thought love was a good thing. They didn’t understand that once love -- the deliria -- blooms in your blood, there is no escaping its hold. Things are different now. Scientists are able to eradicate love, and the government demands that all citizens receive the cure upon turning eighteen. Lena Holoway has always looked forward to the day when she’ll be cured. A life without love is a life without pain: safe, measured, predictable, and happy.
But with ninety-five days left until her treatment, Lena does the unthinkable: She falls in love.
W-O-W, F-A-N-A-T-A-S-T-I-C, A-W-E-S-O-M-E, P-E-R-F-E-C-T book I have ever read in my life.
First of all this book its also different unique and fantastic, I had never read something like that so powerful so beautiful so perfect I actually consider this book as my favorite . And Lena; this character its so brave and has a really nice personality and not just Lena but the other characters too, are spectacular. I love this book, and Lauren Oliver's writing is still gorgeous and heartrending. She's built a fascinating world here that beautifully underscores the importance of love and sacrifice. The characters are really good and the boy that Lena fell in love with its one of my favorite characters. And I can't wait for the second one.
Overall, this book was so much fun I absolutely recommend it
